The Real Estate Manager will open profitable new store locations in designated trade areas in accordance with the corporate network plan.

Responsibilities:
Identify best potential sites in targeted trade areas.
Maintain pipeline of new sites to meet annual productivity goals Conceptualize deals and manage negotiations, through closing.
Work closely with internal construction partners and consulting team.
Prepare and present site packages to Real Estate Committee for approval Maintain contacts and relationships in real estate developer and broker communities.
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Real Estate.
Qualifications:
Must be a Deal Maker.
Must have strong working knowledge of assigned NJ or NY markets.
Must reside in the market.
Experience with municipal approval process and public testimony is required.
Experience with ground-up development and construction processes.
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or comparable professional experience.
Demonstrable record of successfully cultivating, developing, and closing, ground up, stand alone, retail, real estate deals.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
