Summary:
Responsible for ensuring optimum quality products through the operation of the filler of various product families following regulatory standards.
Essential Job Functions:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment within dairy production environment.
Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
Monitor weights, seals, caps and general packaging of product.
Make adjustments to filler timing as needed.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing.
Ensure that the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced.
Perform filler and filler line changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.
Complete cleaning checklist once line has completed run.
Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed.
Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may alter the efficiency of production.
Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clean, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information.
Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOPs.
Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality, throughput, and troubleshoot.
Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
Follow all required work safe practices.
This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area.
Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Work overtime as assigned.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum Required
Qualifications:
The minimum required qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
High school graduate or equivalent required.

years of equivalent experience, specifically food industry and manufacturing facility, preferred.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and climb for extended hours.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally including overhead.
Must be able to work in a wet environment.
Some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Strong analytical skills.
Must have well developed organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and follow through on multiple projects.
Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others.
Ability to meet deadlines and work with limited supervision.
Ability to work all assigned work schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and comply with all time and attendance policies.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
