Parts Specialist

- Manage parts inventory and ensure availability for repairs and maintenance.
- Process parts orders and maintain accurate records in the order management system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary parts and materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize procurement processes.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to parts and inventory management.
- Utilize forklifts and other equipment to move and organize parts within the warehouse.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries and resolving issues related to parts.
Experience:
- Previous experience in parts procurement or supply chain management is preferred.
- Familiarity with order management systems and data entry processes.
- Knowledge of procurement management principles and practices.
- Understanding of auto body repair processes and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
