00 an hour esponsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Maintain a clean and organized reception area - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests - Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Provide support to other departments as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficiency in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines - Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Skills:
- Experience in office management or as a personal assistant is beneficial - Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
