Responsibilities:
Answer multi-line phone calls with a smile and direct the caller to the appropriate party or handle the caller's needs yourself.
Check voicemail messages and reply accordingly.
Greet Patients upon arrival, check them in, obtain insurance information and collect any other necessary data.
Provide Intake paperwork to New Patients.
Schedule appointments for new and recurring patients based on Physical Therapist Availability Maintain hard copy patient records, as well as files stored in our EHR (Electronic Health Records) Call Insurances for patient benefits.
Send out Authorizations for Patient's Insurance Provide patients with Support, Compassion and guidance as needed.
