This role will work closely with the Enterprise Architects and drive the enterprise solutions down to the next level of detail.
The candidate will have the opportunity to design and develop creative solutions using various technologies in an agile, open and collaborative environment.
They are expected to take the lead and guide agile teams to deliver business solutions for the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the intake, organization, refinement, and management of business requirements for the Advanced Engineering Organization.
Understand the overall business processes to design, develop, document, and communicate requirements to technical IT team.
Initiate, conduct, and facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders, and translate the results and issues to the business and IT teams.
Gain expertise in the business units supported, as well as an understanding of the organization's systems and capabilities.
Ability to analyze and define the system, system integration, and enterprise architecture to recommend process improvements.
Ability to understand and analyze the data that feeds through the systems.
Complete technical data mapping for XML and JSON structures.
Provide input to the QA team's test strategy and approach to ensure that the designed solutions satisfy the business requirements.
Follow Agile methodologies and break solutions into epics and features and write use stories.

Experience using testing tools, such as SOAP UI or Postman Knowledge of existing, new, and emerging technologies to able to understand their intended usage within solution designs.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
10-12
years of IT experience 5-7
Property & Casualty insurance industry and business domain data (Policy, Customer, Producer, Claims) knowledge required 8
years of Business Analysis experience Experience in Agile software development including Scrum, Lean/Kanban.
Experience working in an offshore vendor support model a plus EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, or related technology disciplineAbout the Company:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
